Mic Trey Debuts New Single “P.H.W.H.” At Fresh Fridaze

The monthly “Fresh Fridaze” at Independence Brewing Co. is a real treat for local Austin rap and hip-hop fans…

As this showcase respects and appreciates lyricism and bars…

While it still leaves room for diverse genres and styles.

The Fresh Fridaze lineup on February 9th did not disappoint…

With well-written, entertaining songs from San Antonio singer-songwriter, Ryley Hall

San Antonio was in the house with talented acts like Floozi Inc and Kai Factor (pictured below)…

The rest of the show was full of Austinites.

Ryan Dove showed off his bars and showmanship…

Ative Evita performed fan favorites like “Doper…”

Space Goonz member, The Boy showed off his diverse vocal talents and styles…

A dope hip-hop set from the AKAdemics

And of course, Mic Trey stole the show with his new single “P.H.W.H.” and music video release.

(Music by King Farrow. Video by Big & Little Production.)

The single was released with local hip-hop label College of Hip Hop Knowledge Records aka CHHK…

CHHK also organizes Fresh Fridaze.

There was tons of talent in the crowd too, like Josh Taylor (pictured below with Monikker)…

Josh has been on stage with Chamillionaire and produced beats for other Houston legends like Trae the Truth.

Fresh Fridaze is a “can't miss" monthly event for Austin area hip-hop and music fans…

With great local beer, food, music and networking opportunities for local artists.
